It is MANDATORY that all personalization requests are in writing. This is for your protection. If you request personalization but do not pay for it, your credit card will be automatically charged so we can process your order as quickly as possible.

What is vinyl lettering? We use a computer to generate the vinyl letters. We apply the letters to the tummy of the stuffed animal. When you rub your fingers over the letters, you will barely feel a slight raise of texture. It is quite difficult to remove the letters. Because of the roundness of the belly of the stuffed animal, trying to paint by hand was too difficult. The belly is made of plastic and we had to take that into account too. We tried all types of personalization and decided that this was the only possibility. It looks very professional.

Please use the "Other Information" box (shown below) on the Shopping Cart as you check out to give your personalization request. This will be shown on the second page of checkout after you enter your billing/shipping information and before you enter your credit card information. The way you write the name will be the way the personalization will be done. Do you want WILLIAM or William? You can also tell us location you prefer – front or back of belly? Do you care which color of vinyl? Be as specific as you want. Our artist will use do what they think looks best if you do not specify.
