1. Spell name as you want it on bank - MIKAYLA or Mikayla or mikayla
2. State your choice of font from the 6 choices. If you do not select, it is "artist's choice". Other font choices are NOT possible.
3. State color of paint for personalization (available colors shown) - we will match it as much as we can. If you do not select, it is "artist's choice".. 
4. In ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS box, you can request location - default is "artist's choice"
5. In order for paint to thoroughly dry, shipping is delayed by 1-2 days.
6. If you are requesting a monogram, please be VERY specific.

When you order:

1. When you are on the page of the bank you want to order there will be a price for the bank at the top, or in the drop down menu where you select bank.
2. You will type in the name for the personalized.
3. The site is so smart it counts the characters for you!
4. Minimum charge is $12 for STENCIL painting
5. Maximum characters for $12 is FIVE.
6. Each additional character is $1 each.
7. The cart changes the price of the bank. Example: You type in Christopher as the name for the personalization. Christopher has eleven characters. It is $12 for five characters and $1 for each additional. There are six additional characters. Thus, cost of personalization is $12 plus $6 or $18.
8. You will notice the price of the bank changed. It is now $18 more expensive than the price of the bank by itself.
9. Now you can add gift wrap. That's an additional $3.95.
10. You will see the cost of the bank increased by $3.95.
11. The TOTAL at the bottom of the page is a total of all three costs. Cost of bank, Cost of personalization, Cost of gift wrap.
12. It is your choice if you want gift wrap or if you want personalization.
13. The total on the item page does not include the cost of shipping - that is calculated in the checkout process.
14. Use the ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS box to tell us location, font, or color of paint if you have a specific request. We will do our best to honor your request. Sometimes customers want different words in different locations. If you know what you want, tell us!
15. If there are no ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTION our artist will use their discretion to suit the bank as they believe is best.

Once we personalize the bank, we recommend that you gently wipe the bank clean with a soft cloth! We recommend you don't clean it with water or cleaning solution.

$12.00 (1-5 characters)     $1.00 (per character if over 5 characters) You have 6 choices of font.  Stencil is the most labor intensive choice. The artist has to input into the computer the personalization request, create a stencil, and then hand paint inside the stencil. The font Curlz is only available on jumbo banks where the font size is 16 or larger. It is our favorite font for the jumbo giraffe and many of the jumbo animal banks. Tell us a color and we will match it as close as we can. With stencil, logos may be possible for certain items. Ask us.
