We have 8 different educational banks. This is the least expensive and has been created to begin the educational process.
If you would like to educate a number of children about how to handle money, we would like to help you do it. This choice would be perfect to give out at a seminar, used in a classroom, used in a church or charity. Each of the three pieces are made of light cardboard. We have tried to show you how this bank is put together. Look at the bottom photo first. The red section is "share". We show it in the 2nd photo all folded up. To the right of the red box is "spend". We have left the top flap open so you can see what it looks like before it is folded up and looks like the red box. We also show the passbook where entries can be made. The hexagon fold out booklet has simple educational step by step instructions. The top photo shows the bank when it is assembled. The three pieces "share", "save", and "spend" are held together with a wide yellow rubberband. Each piece has a slot for money on the top. If you want to remove the money, you undo the top flaps. Since this is made of light cardboard, this bank will not last forever. But, it will do an excellent job in getting a child to take the first step in learning how to handle money. Laying flat before assembled it is 8-1/2 inches.
