Beautiful. The tree of life is depicted in soft pastels. Chaim is of Hebrew/Jewish origin and can be traced to the Middle Ages. It is a popular name in Israel often spelled Hayim there. In America we spell it Chaim. Spelled either way, the meaning is "life." In the top photo you see the money slot on the left top side. Make certain you enlarge the photos so you can see how well these banks are made. The Tree of Life is on both sides. Deciding where to personalize this bank is difficult. You may decide that there is enough going on to leave it just the way it is. Made of ceramic. Dimensions: 3.75"L x 2.75"W x 8"H.
