His neighbor is Squidward; his best buddy is a starfish named Patrick; and his thrill seeking pal is Sandy Cheeks. This metal bank captures the spirit of SpongeBob.

On the top of SpongeBob is a money slot. If you unlock the door and open it, you see the inside of the bank. The 2nd photo shows you the inside. If you don't want the child to have access to the money, just keep the key. Dimensions: 3"L x 3.25"W x 8.5"H

SpongeBob SquarePants was created by Stephen Hillenburg. His inspiration was Jacques Cousteau. Steve wanted to combine the wonders of the ocean with a character that was innocent, will meaning, a little odd ball and yellow. When SpongeBob was introduced on Nickelodeon, the competition was NOT innocent and will meaning. So, this show was different. SpongeBob is nice to everyone. Isn't it wonderful that our children have such a delightful character to watch?!!!
