The information that you provide us is used for your order.

EMAIL ADDRESS
Your sales receipt is emailed to you once your order has been processed. Your information downloads into QuickBooks which is why we prefer Internet orders.

You automatically receive your tracking number when shipment is made. Your information downloads into our FedEx software. If you have ordered a gift, you should also receive a 2nd email showing shipment was delivered.

If we have a question regarding your order, we will e-mail you. Please monitor your e-mail after placing order.

We sometimes enter e-mail addresses for our Newsletter (about 6-10 a year). You can always opt out.

PHONE NUMBER
The phone number you enter as your work number is given to FEDEX in case the driver can't locate you.

If there is a problem with your order, we typically email you; however, on occasion we will call.

Even though proven otherwise, several people believe that it is not secure to give your credit card information on line. Our shopping cart is secure. We request that you place the order on line. If you call and ask us to do it (sometimes people have heard of our site but don’t have a computer), we will enter your order on line for you. There are fewer errors if you enter the information directly.
